1. Refund Policy

1.1. Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are only available for orders that were:
    • Incorrectly processed (e.g., wrong items delivered).
    • Severely damaged or spoiled upon delivery.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.

1.2. Non-Refundable Cases:

  • We do not provide refunds for:
    • Personal preference changes after delivery.
    • Failure to follow storage or usage instructions leading to spoilage.
    • Orders placed incorrectly by the user without notifying us before dispatch.

1.3. Refund Process:

    • Your order number.
    • Details of the issue.
    • Supporting evidence (e.g., photos of the product).
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or credited to your FoodWeb Wallet for future purchases.

2. Returns Policy

2.1. Return Eligibility:

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns unless the items delivered are:
    • Damaged.
    • Incorrect (not matching the order).

2.2. Return Process:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a return.
  • Returns must be made to our delivery personnel at the time of receipt, or alternative arrangements can be discussed.

3.1. Quality Assurance:

  • All products undergo quality checks before delivery. We encourage customers to inspect products upon receipt and report any issues immediately.

3.2. Dispute Resolution:

  • In cases of disputes regarding refunds or returns, we will work with customers to reach an amicable resolution.
